As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the proper functioning of various servers within the organization. Your goal will be to ensure that our applications run smoothly and efficiently.  You will be required to possess sound customer service and problem-solving skills.

You will be able to understand and process requirements, transforming them into actionable configuration changes within the system.  When necessary, clarify requirements and validate deliverables with the business users.

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Key Accountabilities 


  • Provide Server configuration assistance as assigned by various teams
  • Work with other members of the support team to understand configuration requirements as assigned by Project managers and clients
  • Assist in various network design implementation projects
  • Provide support to management il all their IT related needs
  • Assisting application support team in finding solutions to various identified issues
  • Advise on possible impacts from server-side maintenance, scheduled outage windows, and necessary critical update patching
  • May need to travel to other client locations as needed (primarily North American based)
  • Assist in end-user training for various internal training requirements
  • Managing service requests and problem/incidents
  • Consultative work around deployments, releases, and maintenance of systems (internal and external) when appropriate
  • Participation on internal projects where required, ensuring that these projects do not bring on unexpected outages for various other systems
  • Obtain / maintain certification on most recent versions of relevant platforms

Competency Requirements



  • Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven expertise as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience working with System Support / Administration
  • Experience with SIEM, Virtual Servers, Networking, SSL Certificates, and SOC2 is considered a plus
