Driven by a passion for excellence and a stellar work ethic, Mike embraces the complexities of transforming organizations with a wide scope of understanding and patience. In addition to leading the SureStep team, Mike is a sought after speaker as an expert in the GRC/ESG space.

His background includes senior roles in analytics, business development, and enterprise software across Canada and North America.

Darryl is a seasoned risk executive with over two decades of leadership across banking, insurance, and technology. He has served as CRO for multiple financial institutions and held senior roles at SAS, EY, and RBC, driving large-scale risk transformation and regulatory programs. Today, he advises clients on implementing cutting-edge risk technology solutions in North America and beyond.
